I love seeing Flowers girls in weddings they are just
gorgeous.

My unique hand made fairy wands are very popular with the
little girls they hold onto them during the ceremony and also can have them
afterwards to play with.

Posies are also a great option and look beautiful teamed up
with the bride or bridesmaids colours and flowers.

There were so many pics to choose from to show you of very

Purple Vanda Orchids

This stunning huge purple Vanda Orchid deserves a blog all
on its own.

The first time I saw it in the flower markets I nearly
tripped over myself to get to them to have a closer look.

How beautiful and stunning are they you have to love Mother
Nature when she throws something so unique and perfect for you to admire and in
my case to play with.

This gorgeous bride chose to team these orchids up with some
native foliage and also some white Phaleanopsis with grass and berries
interwoven.

Scattered rose petals and orchids

Perfectly scattered fresh rose petals or orchids placed on
your guest tables or bridal table can really enhance your Reception décor.

Rose petals or orchids can also make for a beautiful
entrance for a bride to walk down.

Rose petals should always be of a very high quality so they don’t
go brown or have bugs in them yes bugs !

I recently had a wedding function coordinator comment to me
as I was scattering rose petals – that looks beautiful it’s all about product
placement – I agree !

Ok so I have this Blog now what do I do with it?

So many options but I want to be true to myself and do what
is right for me.

I am not a great writer so when I set up this Blog I told my
website provider I don’t want to write too much dialogue I mainly want to post
pictures.

Floral art pictures are my love and it is what drives my
passion for working with flowers. By sharing with you my flowers pictures
hopefully I can inspire you to love flowers and nature as much as I do.

I hope to share with you other flowers pictures that are
outside the normal boundaries and test design and Mother Nature. My floral work
has been described as edgy creative and even different. I think this is why my
little wedding flower business has been a success I have captured a market
where my passion for floral design in this area is unique. One of my favourite
compliments from a Bride was that she has chosen me as her wedding floral
designer because she felt I could take her flowers concept for her wedding and
bring it into a reality.

This was a wedding I designed in 2009 and I have just reconnected with the Groom Daniel who runs Eon Images with another photographer called Nathan have a peek at their stunning work. Daniel told me Oh you did my Wedding ! I normally remember the flowers I made for that wedding and then I remember the Bride and Groom how bad is that !!!!! My only excuse is that my whole focus is on my floral work. Thank you Daniel for sharing these gorgeous pics.

Black and White Bridal Bouquet

Have a peek at this beautiful floral bridal bouquet made with
black succulent’s grouped together carnations and hydrangea with a long handle
with diamante pinning in a row with hydrangea bunches at the base. Beautiful all
white and black wedding design.

I love these wedding flowers beautiful natural organic look with perfect white roses and Lisianthus in lilac purple and white with a touch of dodder vine and natural leafing and foliage. The bride had her dress material wrapped around the handle of her bouquet with diamante pinning this made it a perfect match to her dress.
